We’re pleased to announce that the following new features are now available:
NEW Condo project fields group added to Loan Editor -> Property tab allowing to specify additional information needed for underwriting.
NEW Separate 4506-C form added for self-employed borrowers to obtain the tax return.
NEW Added Loan Editor Action 'Create/download MISMO' to get a MISMO XML file to load it to a different system.
We have also introduced several enhancements:
NEW The checklist expressions now support values for dropdown extraction fields, both for Multiple selection dropdowns and single selection dropdowns.
NEW The impound fields are pre-populated based on separating the annual amount into equal payments.
NEW A new dynamic field 'ULI number' has been added. The dynamic field can be used both for header configuration and in forms.
NEW Enhancements have been implemented in the Trust section of the Admin: the system no longer clears the trust fields when a Title Holder is added or removed.
NEW A new loan Editor action 'Create/download MISMO' has been added. Now user can download an xml file directly and open it using their preferred application or in a browser.
NEW Automated Action ID has been added to Automated Action URL.
NEW Loan Editor tabs are now consolidated for convenient navigation.
NEW Removed unused tab Text from Extension.
