Loan Estimates now correctly reflect prepaid amounts entered in the Fees section. If prepaid values (such as days of interest or months of reserves) are customized in Fees, those updated amounts will populate on the Loan Estimate. When no changes are made, the system continues to use the default prepaid calculations.

A new Servicing setting has been added under Company Form Field Data. Administrators can configure whether the company intends to service loans or transfer servicing, and this selection automatically populates the servicing section on all Loan Estimates and CIC Loan Estimates.
