Dynamic Page Numbering for Disclosure Documents
Disclosure document bundles now support dynamic page numbering in "Page X of Y" format. Page numbers are automatically generated after the document layout is finalized and appear in both Preview and Documents views, ensuring compliance-ready closing packages.
Student Loan Payment Calculator
A payment calculator has been added to installment liabilities on the Financial Information page. Users can calculate estimated monthly payments using multiple methods including percentage of unpaid balance (0.5%, 1%, 5%), a custom UPB/Months formula with adjustable percentage and term inputs, or manual entry. The calculated payment automatically populates into the liability record.
Unified Manage CIC Modal
A new "Manage CIC" option is available in the fee edit view, providing a centralized modal to view, manage, and audit all CIC (Changed Circumstance) reasons per fee. Users can add deletion reasons, edit notes, and track the full history of CIC changes including Pending, Disclosed, and Deleted statuses with timestamps and user attribution.
Auto-Lock Rules Access Control
Access to the Auto-Lock Rules settings page is now controlled through a dedicated permission claim with None, View, and Manage access levels, allowing administrators to restrict who can view or modify auto-lock configurations.
Apply Loan Lock Updates from Pricing Engine
When loan data is updated on the pricing engine side, those changes are now automatically applied back to the loan in Optimus, ensuring lock information stays synchronized between systems.
Dynamic Fields for Closing Documents
Several new dynamic fields have been added for closing document generation, including Late Payment Fee, Escrow and Prepaid Per Diem amounts, Dynamic Signature Line with Borrower Name and Date, Maturity Date (Spelled Out), and Rider checkbox fields with labels for Texas-specific and standard riders.
Expression Editor Improvements
The expression editing experience has been unified by removing Visual Mode, providing a consistent code-based editing interface across all expression fields in the system.
Discount Points Fee Management
A new permission claim has been added to control who can delete or edit Discount Points in the Fees section, providing more granular control over fee modifications.
