We’re pleased to announce that the following new features are now available:
Document extraction fields now can be populated with data received DU and LP.
We have also introduced several enhancements:
User on the Apply side can check a checkbox called 'New Construction' on the page Property address. User can edit the radiobutton "New Construction" on admin side.
Fee Provider has one more dropdown "Paid To Type".
Post Consummation CD is sent to the same recipients as the usual CD.
Accounting Information section of fields added on "Loan Editor" > "Closing" page.
Document List section on "Loan Editor" > "Closing" is renamed into "Post-Closing" and content of the section updated accordingly.
Funding fields of "Shipping Information" section are added to Loan Editor Fields under "LoanClosingShipping" group.
Accounting Information is now available in all expression engines via new entity "Loan.AccountingInfo".
Accounting Information fields at Closing page are added to Loan Editor Actions Fields list.
Funding fields of "Investor" section are added to Loan Editor Fields under "LoanClosingInvestor" group.
DocumentExtractions entity is available on root level in Escrow Requirements (Escrow Rules).
