We’re pleased to announce that the following enhancements are now available:
NEW Admin -> Forms -> Form Bundles -> Add/Edit Form Bundle
Acknowledgment settings dropdown was added. Its choices determine by whom the form will be acknowledged.NEW The system can send the email with the Closing Disclosure to the co-borrower.
NEW The system sends an email to a primary borrower with the Closing Disclosure.
NEW The system sends an email to the co-borrower with CIC CD when the loan is updated.
NEW When the Fee Provider has the checked 'Add To Service Provider List' checkbox the fees are added to Section B of the CD otherwise the fees are added to Section C.
NEW CD Form Bundle is not signable.
NEW The system sends an email to a primary borrower with a CIC CD.
NEW The end date of the prepaid interest is the first date of the next month.
NEW When a user assigned to a specific role, such as LO, LC, Current/Initial UW, is removed from the system, their role is marked as deleted.
NEW The 'Note Date' field in the Prepaids section and the 'Closing Date' on the Closing Disclosure are both filled with the date from the 'Closing date and time' field on the Closing tab. Additionally, the 'Disbursement date' on the Closing Disclosure is filled with the date from the 'Funding Date' field in the Prepaids section.
NEW A new section 'Title Holder' was added on Loan Editor > Property. It includes a text box named 'Vesting' that allows a skynet user to input information as a free text.
NEW The CD form has extra rows blank to add needed info.
