We’re pleased to announce that the following new features are now available:
Credit report ordering and updating is now possible via Automated Action "Order/Update Report". Ordering, updating and associating is also possible via Loan Action "Order/Update Report".
Property Information fields for specifying Deed Restriction are added to "Loan Editor" > "1003" > "Property" > "Property and Tax Information" section > "Property Information" group. Two types of Deed Restriction became available, as well as term of restriction in months.
We have also introduced several enhancements:
Email Templates are now allowing to specify Subject of an Email and include dynamic parts into it.
Automatically sent Emails generated from Templates are now properly tracked and shown at Activities page in Loan Editor, correlated to proper applications.
Portal Loan Number is no longer appearing in the Admin Panel. This data is no longer mentioned in errors, dynamic fields, Loan Header.
Broker Type Conditions are now shown with status "New" when created, regardless of amount of added Tasks. "Sign Off" button is removed, status of the Condition can now be edited via a dropdown in Edit mode of the Condition.
New field "Fannie Lender" added as a dropdown to the "Lock Info" section at "Loan Editor">"Loan" page. It allows to pre-define a lender for "Finalize DO" Loan Action.
