v114.0 - Release Notes

Updated over a month ago

We’re pleased to announce that the following enhancements are now available:

Fees Option in Loan Editor: The Loan Editor menu has been extended with a new “Fees” option, which opens the Fees page and reflects the updated design.

Updated Loan Editor Header: The Secondary Header in the Loan Editor has been updated to the new design. Loan Action buttons are now available in both expanded and collapsed views of the header.

Edit Non-Borrowing Entities: The Borrower(s) page now includes the ability to edit Non-Borrowing Entities using the “Edit” option in the Action dropdown, which opens an editing modal view.

Form 1003 Income Type Update: Sections 1b and 1c of Form 1003 have been updated for cases with Income type W-2, where the “I have less than 25% ownership” box is checked.

Form 1003 Enhancements: Updates to Form 1003 include the addition of Subordinate Lien payment amounts and improved formatting with commas for amounts in the “Construction/Improvement Costs” and “Original Cost of Lot” fields.

Financial Information Page: A new “Financial Information” option has been added to the Loan Editor menu, opening a page with a summary panel displaying aggregative financial indicators.

Create Non-Borrowing Entities: The Borrower(s) page now supports creating new Non-Borrowing Entities via an “Add New” button. This opens a modal view with all required fields for data entry.

Credit Report Provider Setting: A new company setting, “CreditReportProvider,” allows the preferred credit report provider to be set as FactualData or AdvantageCredit. For loans with existing credit report records, the system will continue using the same provider.

Buydown Block in Forms: A “Buy Down” block has been added to Forms 1003 and 1008.

Send Email to Non-Borrowing Entities: The Automated Action “Send Email” now supports sending emails to Non-Borrowing Entities associated with a loan.
