We’re pleased to announce that the following enhancements are now available:
NEW Add Loan/Automated Action type to run AUS with a possibility to choose AUS provider.
NEW The program modal window (if the HELOC was selected) has additional field called 'Minimum Initial Draw %' (This is a percentage of the High Balance amount and determines the minimum permitted amount for the initial draw.)
NEW Programs have a "Texas Cash-out" checkbox. Fee types have a new checkbox 'Exclude from Texas cash-out cure'. The fee types list has an additional column "Cure TX CO".
NEW Appraisal Waiver shown in green only for LP when an Appraisal Waiver is permitted by LP.
