We’re pleased to announce that the following new features are now available:
Users can now set fee amounts using arithmetic expressions for custom fee types. When an expression is used, the “Fee Amount” is auto-calculated. The “Datatrac ID” field has also been removed.
We have also introduced several enhancements:
An error message will now appear when the entered Cash Out Amount causes the base loan amount (including outstanding mortgages) to exceed the appraised value. The message will read: “The requested loan amount, including the existing mortgage and cash-out amount, cannot exceed the appraised value of the home.”
The Amortization Type has been updated from a Boolean field to an ENUM field.
The results of the Loan Action "Order/Update Report" are now shown in a modal window, with an option to "Open in a separate tab" for viewing the document in a new browser tab.
Pipelines will no longer display applications with the status "undefined" that originated from incomplete leads.
