We’re pleased to announce that the following new features are now available:
NEW DocMagic - Add Trust. The Trust section was incorporated. The data entered within the fields in the Trust section of the Loan Editor is mapped to corresponding fields in the L2 part of the URLA 1003 form.
We have also introduced several enhancements:
NEW The Realtor Portal loan status shows the loan milestone (instead of the loan status)
NEW Added additional values in dropdown The Recording Type
NEW Fix the Impounds schedule. When the user selects the month and year it populates correctly
NEW Admin > Property > Title Holder > Trust section was added
