We’re pleased to announce that the following enhancements are now available:
• Buydown Configuration Page: A new Buydown configuration page has been added under “System” > “Secondary” > “Buydowns.”
• Mixed-Use Property Field: A “Mixed-Use Property” field has been added to the “Loan Editor” > “1003” > “Property” page, located under the “Subordinate” radio group.
• Energy-Related Improvements Section: A new “Energy Related Improvements” section is available in the “Loan Editor” > “1003” > “Property” in Edit Mode. Users can answer energy-related questions and input an improvement amount, with updates reflected in the 1003.
• Accessory Dwelling Unit Checkbox: An “Accessory Dwelling Unit” checkbox has been added to the “Loan Editor” > “1003” > “Property” page in the “Additional Details” section, allowing users to indicate if a property includes an accessory dwelling unit.
• PUD Checkbox for Condos: A PUD checkbox is now available if the Property Type is set to Condo in the “Loan Editor” > “1003” > “Property” page.
• VA Residual Income Field: A “VA Residual Income” field has been added to the “Loan Info” section in the “Loan Editor” > “Loan” page.
• Non-Borrowing Entities Section: A new section for Non-Borrowing Entities data has been added to the “Borrower(s)” page, aligned with the new design.
• Error Redirection to Pipelines: Users are now redirected to the Pipelines page in the event of errors. The deprecated Loans page has been removed.
• Government Refinance Purpose Dropdown: A “Government Refinance Purpose” dropdown has been added to the “Loan Editor” > “Loan Info” for FHA, VA, and USDA refinance loans, enabling users to define documentation types.
• Face-to-Face Interview Questions: Demographic questions for face-to-face interviews are now included on the “Loan Editor” > “1003” > “Declarations” page, under the “The Demographic information was provided” block.
• Lender Credit in Credits Section: A Lender Credit field has been added to the Credits section.
• Spelling Correction for Leasehold: Spelling for the “Leasehold” option in the “Property Right Information” field on the “Loan Editor” > “1003” > “Property” page has been corrected.
• $0 Monthly Payment for Additional Mortgages: The Monthly Payment amount can now be $0 for Additional Mortgages.
• Renovation Amount in Cash-to-Close Calculations: Renovation amounts are now included in “Cash to Close” calculations, ensuring an accurate reflection of the funds the borrower needs at closing.
• Redesigned POS Header: The POS header has been redesigned according to the latest templates.
