We’re pleased to announce that the following new features are now available:
NEW When deny a loan, added a possibility to select borrower(s) affected by a credit denial reason upon denial reasons selection
NEW When sending a Denial form to borrowers through Loan Editor Actions, an email is sent to a primary borrower and co-borrowers that have been selected upon loan denial process. For co-borrowers, an email contains a denial document attached in pdf format
We have also introduced several enchancements:
NEW [Loan Editor Action] Upon Loan Action button click, skynet user can access the history of executed loan actions. It includes:
section name
Loan action name
date of execution
name who performed the loan action
email
NEW [Loan Actions] Security Groups have been added to the Loan Action expression engine
NEW [Loan Actions] A new "Send form bundle" loan action has been added. This loan action facilitates the sending of form bundles that are present within the system
NEW [Conditions] Admin -> Loans -> Loan -> Conditions. When a Loan Role or a Manager of Loan Role is used as SLA level then the user in that loan role that is assigned to the loan is selected to sign off a condition
NEW [Conditions] Admin -> Loans -> Loan -> Conditions -> Add Condition. 'Prior To' field was added and Conditions were sorted by 'Prior To'
NEW [Conditions] Admin -> Loan Pipelines. Column sizes for Condition and Tasks Pipelines have been enhanced
NEW [Automated Actions] Admin -> System -> Automated Action Criteria. A possibility to Set Application Value to a specific field is added
NEW The toast notifications now include the specific name of the loan action that was executed
NEW [CRM][Leads] Added an ability to manually create a Lead on Loan Pipelines page
NEW [CRM][Emails][Unread] Unread state of Emails shown personally per each User
NEW [1008] The new 'Rate Used for Qualifying' and 'Other' (at Proposed monthly payment section) dynamic fields have been added
NEW [Document Bundles] The ability to duplicate the document bundles was added. The duplicated bundle retains the same document type and structure as the original bundle
