Fees Page – Section E Redesign
Section E has been redesigned with structured tables for Recording Fees and Transfer Tax in both View and Edit modes. Users can now clearly view and edit Borrower-Paid, Seller-Paid, Paid by Others, and Financed Amounts, with validation to ensure totals match. The interface dynamically adjusts based on loan purpose and includes helpful tooltips and error indicators for improved accuracy.
Impounds Section Redesign (Section G)
Section G on the Fees page now features improved View and Edit modes for managing impounds. Users can add and edit impound schedules, month cushions, and aggregate adjustments with dynamic calculations, validations, and streamlined controls like “Add Fee,” “Save,” and “Cancel.”
Consistent Container Paddings
Padding has been standardized to 24px on all sides across all resolutions. This applies to Pipelines, Borrower(s), Financial Info, Fees, Loan Summary, and Property & Loan pages, aligning with new design standards.
2025 AMI Update
Area Median Income (AMI) values have been updated for 2025. All related eligibility checks and income-based calculations now use the latest figures.
Argyle Integration – Payroll Document Retrieval
Automated Income Verification via Argyle now retrieves and attaches paystubs, W-2s, 1099s, and payout statements to the Loan using webhook triggers. Paystub data is also stored in the database, enhancing income verification workflows.
