New Enhancements Now Available:
Edit Loan & Lock Info: Credits Section Added
A new “Credits” section has been added to the Edit Loan & Lock Info modal, enabling users to manage Lender, Purchase, Seller, Other, and FHA MI credits. Users can add, edit, or delete credits with validation, sorting by amount, and real-time pending change indicators. Duplicate entries are restricted for certain types, and the interface supports scrolling for long lists. “Save” and “Cancel” buttons apply or discard changes, updating the pending change counter.
Loan Actions: Convert Lead to Loan
A new “Convert Lead to Loan” Action Type allows users to convert test and non-test leads directly into loans. A guided modal collects required lead, loan, and property data with validation. Once submitted, the lead disappears from Lead Pipelines and reappears in Loan Pipelines with full Loan Editor capabilities.
Form Builder Enhancements for HELOC Fields
Support for HELOC-specific forms has been expanded with dynamic fields like Initial Advance, Credit Limit, Minimum Payment, Daily Periodic Rate, and others. Optional fields such as APR Min/Max, Annual Fee, and Monthly Fee have been added, appearing conditionally based on program configuration. These updates ensure compliance and flexibility for PDF and HTML form creation.
POS Settings: Skip Rate Comparison Option
A new toggle under POS → Settings → Application Flow allows the Rate Comparison step to be skipped entirely. When enabled, both Pre-Qualification and Final RC screens are bypassed, allowing the POS user to proceed directly to the next step. The LOS supports manual Loan Option selection, with all downstream workflows continuing as expected.
Impound Validation Highlighting in View Mode-
Impounds with invalid data—like due dates prior to closing—now appear in red on the Fees page in View mode for visibility. Edit mode continues to show field-level validation errors, which disappear once resolved.
[Redesign][Fees] Responsive Layout for Low Resolution Screens
To improve usability on screens narrower than 1920px, the Fees page now supports horizontal scrolling for key financial columns. Sticky positioning has been preserved for the Fee, Fee Provider, and Action columns. The scroll functionality works in both View and Edit modes without affecting validation behavior.
Removal of ‘Resend Bundle’ Button and Related Features
The “Resend Bundle” button has been removed from the Loan Editor in favor of standardized Loan Actions for Form Bundles. All related modals and feature toggles have been deprecated and removed from the platform.
