New Enhancements Now Available:
Vendor Integration – Advantage Credit Support for Flood Certificate Reports-
Optimus now supports Advantage Credit for ordering Flood Certificates, enabling Rosegate to receive reports directly from this vendor. Company-level credentials can be configured, and results or error messages are stored depending on the response.
Closing Page – Title Holder and Vesting Section Added
The Closing page now includes a Title Holder section, duplicating functionality from the Property page. Users can view and manage Vesting, Trust, and Title Holder information directly on the Closing screen.
Loan Actions – Manual Submit Application Option
A new Submit Application action lets users manually submit and complete a loan without sending disclosures or locking the loan. The automatic submission previously tied to Save Changes has been disabled.
Admin Workflow – Loan Role Relationships Management
Admins can now manage user-role dependency logic through a new Loan Role Relationships page under System > Workflow. This feature allows role-based suggestions or automatic assignments during the loan process and includes full edit, sort, and permission controls.
Email Enhancements – Signature Inclusion in Automated Emails
Email signatures are now included in automated emails when the From field is set to a Loan Role with an assigned user. No signature is added if the role is unassigned or if a system address is used.
Developer Tools – Finicity Sandbox Usage in Production
The system can now determine whether to create real or test Finicity customers based on Company Properties, enabling sandbox testing even in the production environment.
Enact Integration – Real Credentials Support for Testing
Support for real Enact API credentials has been added, enabling QA and product teams to validate full report retrieval and processing within the system.
Loan Actions – Convert Lead to Loan
Users can now convert leads into loans via a new Loan Action. The process includes a modal with required personal, loan, and property details. Converted leads are removed from Lead Pipelines and appear in the Loan Pipelines.
Flood Reports – Advantage Credit Support in Loan Actions
When configuring Flood Certificate report actions, users can now select Advantage Credit as a vendor. The system executes the appropriate integration based on the selection.
Edit Modal – Loan Roles Management Interface
A new Loan Roles section in the Edit Loan & Lock Info modal provides full visibility and control over role assignments. Users can assign, reassign, unassign, view history, and track changes with real-time visual feedback.
