New Enhancements Now Available:
Pipelines Configurator – Loan Workflow Field Support Added
A new “Loan Workflow” field has been added to the Pipelines configurator, allowing LOS users to incorporate workflow filtering into custom pipeline views. This improves visibility and enables more targeted tracking of loans across different processes.
Loan and Automated Actions – Support for Multiple Actions of Same Type
Users can now add multiple actions of the same type within a single Loan or Automated Action. For instance, a single “Add Task” action can now include multiple tasks like “Purchase Agreement” and “W2.” This streamlines configuration and eliminates the need to create duplicate actions.
Fee Management – Add New Fee Provider While Editing Fees
- A new “Add New Fee Provider” option is now available when editing fees. Users can enter details such as name, address, contact info, and license number directly within a modal. Once added, the new provider is selected automatically. This improves efficiency by removing the need to leave the workflow to manage providers.
Address Formatting Update for REO and Property Info
REO and Property Address fields are now shown in a two-line format for improved clarity:
• Line 1: Street Address, Unit
• Line 2: City, State ZIP Code
This formatting ensures consistency across address displays.
Loan & Lock Info and Property & Loan UI Updates
Amortization Type no longer defaults to “Fixed” and remains blank unless defined. “Base Loan Amount” is now labeled “Loan Amount,” and “Total Loan Amount” appears only when different. The Purpose field is now static, and Lock Term only displays when the loan is locked. Vertical spacing across elements has been standardized for better visual alignment.
Loan Workflow Field Added to Loan & Lock Info
A new read-only “Loan Workflow” field has been added to the Loan & Lock Info section under Additional Loan Information. This field is populated exclusively through Loan or Automated Actions and is shown only when a value exists. It is also available in both the Main and Secondary Headers.
New Lead Modal Updated to Match Design Standards
The New Lead modal now adheres to the latest UI standards, including updated fonts, inputs, buttons, padding, and overall styling. This aligns it with other updated modal components like “Pending Changes History” for a consistent user experience.
Dynamic Fields Expansion for Form Builder
An extensive set of new dynamic fields has been added to the Form Builder, covering categories such as Loan, Fees, HELOC, Terms, and Misc. These fields—like FHA Case Number, Finance Charge, Discount Points, and Loan Term Checkboxes—support better customization, validation, and logic-driven templates that align with lending standards.
Enhanced Rescission Date Logic for Additional Loans
The system now calculates the Rescission Date for Additional Loans (e.g., HELOC/HELOAN) when the property is a primary residence and the loan purpose is not “Purchase.” This logic previously applied only to Refinance loans and has now been expanded to meet updated business rules.
Property & Loan Page – UI and Program Selection Enhancements
The “Select/Edit Program” option has been activated in the context menu of the “Loan & Lock Info” section. This opens the “Programs & Pricing” sub-page in edit mode. Additionally, the Lock Info page has been updated to display the Rate Sheet timestamp in HH:MM AM/PM format, and total indicators now match the style of the Property Info section for a more unified UI.
