v102.0 - Release Notes

Updated over 2 months ago

We’re pleased to announce that the following new features are now available:

  • You can now designate a Loan Role that will be assigned to the loan, enabling the borrower to see it as Loan Contact information at the loan level.

  • The Lender Company design has been applied to the Main Menu of the Skynet application.

We have also introduced several enhancements:

  • The Total Loan Amount is now displayed in the "Loan Info" section of the Loan Editor. This field shows the sum of the Loan Amount and all associated fees configured to be included in the Total Loan Amount. It recalculates in real time and is highlighted whenever changes are made.

  • Loan Contacts can now be configured under "System" > "POS Configuration" > "Settings" > "Loan Contacts" page. The POS now displays a "Your Loan Contacts" section instead of "Your Loan Officer," providing contact details for users with mapped Loan Roles.

  • The Realtor Portal now shows Loan Contacts in the "Key people on an application" section, which can be configured in the same "Loan Contacts" page under "System" > "POS Configuration" > "Settings."

  • The “P&I Payment” field is now calculated and updated in real-time on the Loan Info tab based on the user’s input for Total Loan Amount, Interest Rate, and Amortization Term.

  • "Program Name" and "Program ID" fields have been added to the Lock/Loan Info sections.

  • After a loan is locked (Lock Expiration Date populated), the fields for Interest Rate, Amortization Type, Amortization Term, and Program Name in the Loan Info section become read-only. These fields can only be edited in the Lock Info section post-lock.

  • The signing page now shows the signing date in CST time zone, reflecting a time close to the borrower’s local time.

  • Loan Program Identifiers and Refinance Program Identifiers now offer options with standard colored tags, indicating "Global" or "Local" status.

  • The Pipelines page now displays available pipelines as a menu instead of using tabs for easier navigation.

  • The Automated Action "Send Email" now allows customizing the sender address by choosing a Loan Role. Emails will be sent from the email address of the user assigned to the loan under the specified role. By default, the system will use the address specified in the "BorrowerFromEmailAddress" company property.

  • The Main Menu now shows sub-menu options as vertical drop-downs that open from the Top Menu.
