New Enhancements Now Available:
Pricing Engine Program Selection
Loan Officers can now view and select any available rate and price for loan programs directly in the Programs and Pricing tab. The rates grid displays Note Rate, Payment, and pricing for the selected lock period. After selecting a price, adjustments, base price, compensation, and final price are automatically updated. For non-PAR price selections, APR and Monthly Payment display as "TBD after save" until the selection is saved and recalculated.
Loan Lock Integration
Loans can now be locked through the integrated pricing engine as part of the Lock Loan workflow. When a loan lock is initiated, the system synchronizes the lock with both Optimus and the external pricing engine, maintaining consistent lock status and loan data across both systems.
Auto-Lock Rules for Additional Loan Editor Pages
Auto-lock rules have been extended to cover the Borrower(s), Fees, Underwriting, Tasks, Closing, Activities, Lead, and Property and Loan pages of the Loan Editor. When auto-lock rules are active, affected fields become read-only while still allowing updates through Loan Actions for administrative flexibility.
Approval - Closing Condition Type
A new "Approval - Closing" option is now available as a condition type in the Prior To settings. This condition type is supported across Conditions settings, Underwriting, and Condition-type Pipelines.
APR Indicator on Fees
An APR indicator icon now appears next to fees that are included in the APR calculation on both the Summary and Edit views of the Fees page. Hovering over the icon displays a tooltip confirming the fee is part of the APR calculation. The indicator is driven by the APR checkbox configuration in Fee Types settings.
For Sale by Owner Toggle
A new "For Sale by Owner" toggle has been added to the Property and Loan section under Agent and Seller. When enabled, this flag is also available in the expressions engine for use in checklists and automated workflows.
Dynamic Fields for Closing Documents
New dynamic fields have been added for closing document generation, including fields for Lien Position checkboxes, Discount Points Paid By checkboxes, Extraction Data fields (Flood Community Name and MIN/MERS Number), and program-specific fields for HELOC, ARM, Fixed, and general loan programs.
Point of Sale (POS) Redesign
Additional POS application steps have been redesigned with improved layouts including Down Payment (purchase flow), REO, Residence Information, Property Information, and Title Holder steps.
CIC Loan Estimate Aggregation
The Changed Circumstance (CIC) workflow now supports automated aggregation for Loan Estimates. The system creates snapshots of fee changes, applies them to CIC LE bundle generation, and includes a configurable aggregation timer with alert notifications for pending CIC disclosures.
