New Enhancements Now Available:
Document Expiration Dates on Underwriting Page
A new Document Expiration Dates section has been added to the Underwriting tab. Users can now track expiration dates for key documents such as Appraisal, Assets, Credit, Income, and UW Decision. Each row displays the document title, start date, expiration period in days, and automatically calculated expiration date. Custom document types can also be added as needed. These fields are available for use in expressions and checklists.
FHA Sponsor Address Fields on Investor Setup
New FHA Details fields have been added to the Investor setup page, including FHA Sponsor ID and a full address block (Address, City, State, Zip Code). Corresponding dynamic fields are now available under Loan > Investor for use in closing documents and forms, with both single-line and multi-line address formats.
Individual Page Numbers for Forms
Forms now support individual page numbering ("Page X of Y") in addition to bundle-level pagination. A new "With page numbers" option is available when creating or editing forms. When used within a form bundle, both bundle-level and form-level page numbers can appear together for compliance purposes.
