New Enhancements Now Available:

Redesigned Checklist Categories on Alerts Page

  • The Checklists section on the Alerts page has been redesigned with a new table layout featuring Categories. Each checklist now shows a collapsible view with columns for Name, Manual Check, Automated Result, Action Date, and Action. Category-level status indicators provide a quick summary of all items within each category.

Manual Determination for Checklist Items

  • Checklist items can now be configured with a "Manual" determination type, allowing users to manually mark items as Complete or Incomplete directly from the Alerts page. Manual checklist items preserve their status across automatic recalculations, giving administrators more control over compliance workflows.

Ineligible Loan Programs Display

  • The Programs and Pricing page now supports displaying both eligible and ineligible loan programs retrieved from the pricing engine. A toggle allows users to show or hide ineligible programs, making it easier to understand all available options and why certain programs cannot be used.

Loan Lock Extensions

  • Users can now request lock extensions directly from Optimus. The lock icon tooltip displays the current lock status (Locked, Lock Pending, or Lock Extension Pending), and simultaneous lock operations are blocked to prevent conflicts.

Price Concession Change Requests

  • Price concession change requests are now supported through the pricing integration. Users can view and edit custom adjustments with reason codes provided by the pricing engine, streamlining the concession workflow.

Loan Relock Capability

  • Loans with cancelled or expired locks can now be relocked directly from the existing Lock button, supporting both synchronous and asynchronous relock workflows.

ARM Loan Estimate Comparisons

  • The Comparisons section on the Loan Estimate for Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) loans now calculates correctly, including accurate "Total Paid in 5 Years," "Principal Paid Off," Annual Percentage Rate (APR), and Total Interest Percentage (TIP) values.

Cash Out Amount Field for Refinance Loans

  • The Cash Out Amount field is now available on the Loan and Lock Info page for refinance loans, displaying as a read-only calculated value when the refinance purpose involves cash out, home improvement, or credit card payoff.

Pending Changes UI Improvements

  • The visual presentation of new table records in Pending Changes has been improved with clearer border highlighting, corrected border radius, and the "Save" button has been renamed to "Add" for better clarity when adding new records.

Dynamic Fields for Closing Documents

  • Several new dynamic fields have been added for closing documents, including Loan Amount (Spelled Out), Total Loan Amount, Total Loan Amount (Spelled Out), Loan Closer Name and Email, Company Organization Type and Incorporation State, Loan Key Dates, Approval Dates, and tables for PayOffs, APR Fees, and non-APR Fees with totals.
