v53.0 - Release Notes

We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available:

  • NEW [Loan Editor][UWF] Added new UNDERWRITING< tab to Loan Editor with General section with ability to provide Appraisal/Credit/Asset/Income documents expiration dates for Underwriting logic. It is necessary for process an underwriting flow

  • NEW Created a new CIC Fee Reasons page under System > Disclosure Fees that allows to crud CIC fee reasons

  • NEW [LE Fees] Added Fee CIC functionality for managing Fees associated with CIC Reasons

  • NEW Added a new Reason for CIC (Fees) dynamic field that allows to see fee reasons on the forms (CIC)

  • NEW [CIC fees reasons] Actions column and functionality is removed from CIC Fee reasons

  • NEW CIC is not generated when Fees are changed through Edit Fee. Previously, CIC was issued any time a user changed fee values manually. Currently, Fee CIC screen allows to input the values for the fees associated with the CIC reason and send CIC, while Fees functionality allows to edit loan fees directly without sending CIC

  • NEW [Loan Editor][UWF] There is on backend a field with date from Credit Report. It needs to underwriting process

  • NEW [Document Exraction] When loan role is unassigned from the loan, the relation between the user who worked with it and the loan itself is broken. This relation is also broken on document extraction level. The documents associated with the loan are unassigned from the user back to document extraction queue, so that user could not have access to them via extraction process

  • NEW [Enhancement] Fee CIC functionality was improved, so that required amount can be "0"

  • NEW [UI/UX] Edit Fee CIC" Button and Modal were renamed to "Create FEE CIC"

  • NEW [Loan Pipeline] On the loan search page and pipeline view page, the format of the subject property address is set correctly with all commas

  • NEW [Forms] Extra logic for Declaration questions removed. Logic is synchronized with Apply Form. All questions are shown in Property & Loan chapter without answer dependencies

  • NEW [Logs] Added program name/rate sheet name change to the pending changes/logs to reflect what program/rate sheet was changed, when, and by whom

  • NEW [Admin][Realtors] The realtor data becomes editable at Admin Panel > Realtors menu item. The following fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number can be updated via 'Edit' mode

  • NEW [Program] The new 'Counseling Required' checkbox was added on program setup level. When checked, the system will generate fully completed 1103 form based on the counseling questions that are being answered at application. When the 'Counseling Required' is not checked, the 1103 form will be populated with 'Borrower name' and 'Loan number' only. The other fields are blank

  • NEW [Forms] 'Counseling Required' setting will regulate how detailed the form will be filled in

  • NEW Lock Confirmation is adjusted to User time zone

  • NEW Default Header view improvements: the field HV is not required and there is ability to reset Custom HV to a Default

  • NEW Now borrowers can continue with the application without adding all the assets

  • NEW Keep the history of Fee value change adding a flag from what place it was changed

  • NEW [UWF] Round months reserve number up to the integer

  • NEW [SideBySide] There are 3 cards with terms available on Rate Comparison and Final Rate Comparison to chose
