v152.0 - Release Notes

Updated this week

New Enhancements Now Available:

Pipeline Loan Role Columns

  • Pipeline configurations now support dynamic Loan Role columns. Administrators can add columns that display the name of the person assigned to a specific Loan Role (such as Processor, Underwriter, or Loan Officer), making it easy to see who is responsible for each loan directly in the pipeline view. Multiple Loan Role columns can be added to the same pipeline.

Attorney Section in Loan Editor

  • A new Attorney(s) section has been added to the Title/Escrow Company page under Closing. Users can add Seller's Attorney and Buyer's Attorney information including company name (populated from the Attorney fee provider list), attorney name, address, phone, email, and contact details.

Automated Action: Add Condition

  • A new "Add Condition" automated action type is now available. When triggered, the system can automatically add one or more conditions to a loan, including any associated tasks. Each condition can be configured with a specific Prior To type and borrower-facing description.

Sub-Company Enhancements

  • Sub-Companies now support task visibility for Sub-Company users, dynamic fields, and user filtering on Loan Role assignments based on Sub-Company membership.

Form Preview for Non-Borrowing Entities

  • Form Preview is now available for Non-Borrowing Entity (NBE) signing packages, allowing users to preview documents before sending them for signature.

Fee Provider Contact Fields

  • Phone and Contact Email fields have been added to the Fee Provider configuration, allowing more complete provider contact information to be stored and used across the system.

Escrow Rule Enhancements

  • Administrators can now configure escrow rules to apply to taxes, insurance, or both. Additionally, a new setting allows disabling the selection of escrow rules for specific scenarios, providing more granular control over escrow behavior in the pricing workflow.
