v89.0 Release Notes

We’re pleased to announce that the following enhancements are now available:

  • NEW User can edit the Fee name on a loan. When the Fee Name is updated, it is updated only on the loan. It isn't updated for other loans or in system settings. New Fee Name uses in documents and Dynamic fields.

  • NEW User can edit the Fee Provider name on the loan level. When the Fee Provider Name is updated, it is updated only on the loan. It isn't updated for other loans or in system settings.

  • NEW User can delete the Note date. If user deleted Note date, the Recession, Funding, Disbursement, and First Payment Dates will also be deleted. Interest Credit becomes "NO". Per Diem Interest will default to 0 days.

  • NEW The schedule button is disabled until the user add or edit in the correct range the Due Dates and Due Amounts on the Impound section. Aggregate adjustment has "TBD" value, if loan doesn't have Due Dates/Due Amounts, or Due Dates are nit correct.

  • NEW Added a new button "Amortization Schedule" on the Closing tab > Closing Documents. User can open the Amortization Schedule and see all his monthly payments during all loan period. Amortization Schedule includes the following columns: Payment Number, Monthly Payment, Interest, Principal, MI (Mortgage Insurance), Remaining Balance, Total Monthly Payment, Total Interest.

  • NEW TBD loan in the address field has "TBD" value instead 'TBD Preapproval' .

  • NEW Task assignment criteria are transferred to Automated Actions.

  • NEW On "Loan Editor" > "Closing" page added new section "Funding Information" where funding team members who granted 'LoanEditor.FundingInformation' claim can manage funding information.

  • NEW Funding Information is now available in all expression engines.

  • NEW Updated verbiage on the LPA for appraisal waiver, now the system recognizes that loan is eligible for waiver when "ACE" shows on LPA.
