We’re pleased to announce that the following enhancements are now available:

  • NEW [Dynamic Fields] Admin -> Forms -> Form -> Dynamic Fields -> Broker/Loan Originator -> Loan Coordinator. LC Phone extension was set

  • NEW A realtor can generate the reusable link and include in his email as a part of the signature

  • NEW Realtor and preferred loan officer can be associated with the deal when the borrower uses the link sent to them by realtor in email

  • NEW [Pre-approval flow enhancement] Now the borrower is able to submit Purchase agreement task with false AUS response, and without the pre approval letter being generated in this case

  • NEW [1008] If 'AUS Type' is present 'AUS - Checkbox' is checked anyway and afterwards either DU or LPA will be checked too

  • NEW [1008] 'Net Rental Income - Other properties' dynamic field was added. IT will be mapped from REO tab of Loan Editor > 'Net Rental Income' field from all other properties (that are not subject property)

  • NEW [1008] Updated the logic for 'Amount of Subordinate Financing' and 'Subordinate Lien P&I' dynamic fields

  • NEW [1008] Total Borrower Income calculation logic was updated. We count it as a sum of Borrower1..4 GrossMonthlyIncome, Rental Income - Subject property, Net Rental Income - Other properties

  • NEW [1008] Mapping issues to Net Rental Income, Borrower Funds To Close (Required), No of months reserves, Interested Party Contribution

  • NEW [1008] 'All Other Monthly Payments Used In Qualifying' logic was updated
