We’re pleased to announce that the following enhancements are now available:
[Subject property - impounds] URLA 1003/1008 has the correct calculation of property taxes and homeowner insurance
The G section is filled only if Escrow = "Yes". And County tax is populated as a Property tax. Prepaids: County tax is populated as a Property tax. Page 5 is filled by the Escrow info.
The Impounds section is shown only if the Escrow value on the Loan tab is 'Yes'. New format for The Due date in Impounds: mm/dd/yyyy.
Correct credit consent date is now shown on "Loan Editor"/"Key Dates" when credit report requested.
