We’re pleased to announce that the following enhancements are now available:
Added a new dynamic field "Lock Date Plus X-Days".
The following fields are not visible to the user in view or edit modes: Contact Person, Contact Phone, Email.
When a document is marked as ordered on an SLA Task the SLA resets to 0 and SLA start date to empty. When SLA is reset to 0 the SLA user is assigned the same. When the document 'Expected Day' passes and the document has not been uploaded yet the SLA begins again.
Admin Panel and Realtor Portal now allow to create multiple Leads from the same phone number.
