We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available:
NEW Adding Purchase Loans section at UNDERWRITING tab with option to provide data for Seller Agents, Listing Agent and Sellers, Purchase Contract Date for underwriting purposes
NEW Notes left from previously assigned realtor are deleted when No Longer Working Together initiated, so that when the Loan will be assigned to another realtor notes from previous won't be available
NEW Added Non Borrowing Entities fields. A loan officer can add first name, middle name, last name, suffix and cell phone number. It helps specify parties on the deed (usually First Name and Last Name) to be used in the third party later (in the doc that required signature of the party on the deed)
NEW Design of Pre-Approval widget was updated: house picture was removed (as it was making buttons not visible)
NEW Broker-Lenders tab is added to the System section for Broker companies
NEW Sign Off Groups are renamed to SLA Groups. SLA units changed from days to hours. Start date of SLA is shown
NEW [SLA Group] Add Single/Multiple Type:

NEW According to Compliance request copy for the note related to the Alimony type of INCOME ON income step was updated
NEW According to Compliance request options related to different types of Unmarried marital status were combined into one - Unmarried
NEW The format of all phone numbers displayed across the POS to be the same - +1 (XXX) XXX-XXXX
NEW Added percentage status bar everywhere where a user can see a loan status (Loans (loan list), Documents, Loan Pipelines). User can see how much affords are needed to finish loan process
NEW Right logic for HUD-fields in Form 1103 synched with Apply was set and text input for Other item in Language preferences set as mandatory
NEW Admin panel is adjusted and in line with changes in Marital Status Drop Down on the Apply form
NEW New skip button allows to 'SKIP' document during the extraction without throwing it out from the queue. So that the data extractor could return back to the document extraction later
NEW Updated Login modal:
timer calculates time according to the system setting (the same across the whole system)
when time gone, input for verification code is removed
input for verification code appears after click on Resend Code
NEW 'Edit' and 'Delete' actions at dynamic fields become visible when clicking on field area vs previously configured text area
NEW For Signed Contact applications Purchase Agreement task will not contain fields to specify Subject Property address, Purchase Price, Down Payment. Submit this task for the Signed Contract application
