v52.0 - Release Notes

We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available:

  • NEW To prompt user to sign Disclosures 'Sign Document' button is added against the 'Signing in Progress' status on progress bar. As well button 'Sign Document' within Application Information widget was made more visible by adding arrow next to it

  • NEW Added display of the Number of months Reserve and the Amount reserve for underwriting process. Underwriter can see info about months Reserve and the Amount reserve from the main (AUS) report, and at the same time Underwriter can see additional info about Number of months Reserve and the Amount reserve from non-priority report

  • NEW Pre-qualification design is updated with side by side design: every step contains explanations regarding what data and why should be provided on every particular step

  • NEW Behavior of "Save Without Program" flag was adjusted, so that it is applied only for the case when the loan was saved without a program. Сases when we have pending changes that require program selection to be saved were excluded

  • NEW Added progress bar to identify user what value of assets needs to be added to meet Cash To Close value. Progress bar is dynamically updated while assets are added6 as well Total added assets and Assets to add are dynamically updated

  • NEW Within Realtor Portal added possibility to get verification code by email

  • NEW Admin Panel UI is displayed according to user's Time Zone

  • NEW Added explanations to the items on Price a Loan list on Realtor Portal, this will help users to understand what every item within every option stands for. Also added full list of fees that potential borrower will pay (total amount is presented divided by Fee Type)

  • NEW Now only the finally assigned form copy will appear in documents

  • NEW Now there is a new claim TaskForm in admin panel that regulates is a user may or may not upload and edit new loan-specific forms

  • NEW LE Declaration section is improved, and text is aligned consistently

  • NEW To avoid confusions Credit Profile step was moved to the end of application (right before Final Rate Comparison) - some customers thought that credit score will be requested here, but the request is sent while redirecting to Final Rate Comparison

  • NEW Task assignment criteria is moved to the System section

  • NEW Changed logic logging in via email: now instead of link user will receive code on email and will have the same experience as it is using phone number.

  • NEW [LE Property] PITI added to database and can be use at calculations, if it is necessary. Added a dynamic field with PITI data to use it in documents. Total PITI (in the property tab) has PITI from BE

  • NEW [Realtors tab] When category is removed, the document types inside it are assigned to 'Inactive' category and remain visible

  • NEW [Loan statuses] Added fields to help materialize heavy loan statuses. Based on info in the fields, we know loan statuses without using heave responses. Based on the statuses tags assign and unassign on loans

  • NEW [Lock info] Removed adjustment headings for Lock Extensions and Float Downs. Made the amounts of every entry on Lock Info tab (all types of Loan Adjustments + LLPA Caps) right aligned

  • NEW [Dynamic fields] The total adjustments dynamic fields are equal all adjustments after the cap

  • NEW Cube table theme reflects user settings on admin panel

  • NEW Email address validation improved on Personal Info tab to better support various email domains
