v47.0 - Release Notes

We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available:

  • NEW [LLPA] Added possibility to assign LLPA Types to the Adjustments

  • NEW [LLPA] Added possibility to cap the total adjustments for the loan to comply with cap requirements

  • NEW [LLPA] Renamed Adjustments dynamic field to Loan Adjustments and updated its logic. Updated field now supports all types of loan adjustments: Auto Adjustments, Сustom Adjustments, Manual+Override Lock Extensions, Float Downs. Added LLPA Cap functionality to dynamic field: it shows eligible and applied caps, *'s for applied caps and capped adjustments, and Total after cap

  • NEW [LLPA] Added possibility to assign LLPA Types to the Lock Extensions

  • NEW [LLPA] Added possibility to assign LLPA Types to the Custom Adjustments

  • NEW [LLPA] Added LLPA Type to Float Down Settings

  • NEW [LLPA] Added snapshot logic for LLPA Caps. A snapshot of current LLPA Caps page is taken whenever a rate sheet is uploaded. A loan uses the snapshot of its rate sheet to determine which caps it is eligible for

  • NEW [LLPA] Added LLPA Cap data and view logic when hover over the icon on Change Program modal window

  • NEW Added UI enhancements for mobile view for Skynet loan editor tabs

  • NEW Don't display an empty Sign Off Group for Condition. In cases when User Roles or other entities which are containing Sign Off Groups were deleted, Sign Off Group (required field) is empty and blocks Condition Edit

  • NEW Changed UI for element for Sign Off Group + Marked "Removed" roles

  • NEW Add custom form feature enhancing forms functionality via Assign Task modal view. User will be able to upload pdf document and make it as a custom form or create a custom form via blank page with html editor

  • NEW [Pending Changes] Rounded Loan Custom Adjustments Amount, Program Points, and Lock Extension Price to 3 decimal places in pending changes/logs

  • NEW [Lock Info] Updated Lock Info tab details and added new Rate Sheet and Lock Date/Time dynamic fields

  • NEW [Custom Questions] The custom question won't be removed if its key is used at Eligibility Builder Expressions field

  • NEW [Custom Questions] The ability to order custom questions via drag-n-drop was added at Admin Panel. When user drags-n-drops the question the order is updated and automatically saved. The sequence of displayed custom questions will change at Additional Question section of Prequalification too

  • NEW [Admin] A change has been made to the lock term logic. If a borrower starts the purchase application with a TBD address and the actual address is added prior to the loan being locked and TBD disclosures being issued, then the loan will be locked for 60 days and the Initial Disclosure bundle will be sent

  • NEW [LE Lock Info] Added enhancements on adding/deleting lock extensions once at a time on Loan Editor Lock Info screen

  • NEW [Pipeline] Added possibility to switch between card and table view on Pipeline menu. As well as sorting added when Pipeline is opened on Table view.

  • NEW [Loan Roles] Added ability to see on Loan Role screen which system role assigned to a loan role was deleted, with Deleted label

  • NEW [Loan Roles] Loan role won't be unassigned when loan/system role is deleted. The loan/system role also won't be showing on a loan when it's deleted

  • NEW [User Management] The new field "Sex" is added as a dropdown to the Add user modal and General tab of the User info

  • NEW [LE Secondary] In Loan Editor - Secondary - MSR: when sorting by loan term, Min Note Rate is sorted from lowest to highest. Also, added a column showing the last updated date

  • NEW Added possibility for the borrower to update subject property address, purchase price and down payment while uploading Purchase Agreement. The above actions could be done from Tasks - Purchase Agreement and I Found a Home widget on borrower's dashboard. After subject property address, purchase price and down payment will be specified Eligibility will take place and if the borrower is not longer eligible for the loan option selected on FRC, available options will be offered to select, after the selection the AUS run will be triggered. In case of any errors the borrower will see the message to contact LO for more details. The update subject property address, purchase price and down payment while uploading Purchase Agreement will trigger Initial Disclosure generation
