We’re pleased to announce that the following enhancements are now available:

• Buydown in APR and TIP: Buydown amounts are now included in APR and TIP calculations. Additionally, a new column titled “Monthly Subsidized Amount” has been added to the Amortization Scheduler.

• Enhanced Borrower Edit Modal: The Edit Borrower modal window now supports editing Address, Credit Reporting, Alternate Names, and POA information.

• Employment & Incomes Section: A new section for Employment & Incomes data has been added to the “Financial Information” page, aligning with the new design.

• REO Section: A new section for REO data is now available on the “Financial Information” page, matching the updated design.

• Liabilities Section: The “Financial Information” page now includes a new section for Liabilities data, reflecting the latest design.

• Assets Section: A new Assets section has been added to the “Financial Information” page, aligned with the updated design.

• Restyled Log Button: The Log button in the Secondary Header of the Loan Editor has been restyled.

• Project Design Type Field: A “Project Design Type” field is now available in the “Project Information” block on the “Loan Editor” > “Project Info” page.
