We’re pleased to announce that the following enhancements are now available:

• Buydown Payment Calculation: Payments are now calculated based on the selected Buydown.

• Buydown Fee: A Buydown Fee has been added to the Closing Disclosures and the Loan Editor.

• Borrowers Page Edit Functionality: Edit functionality is now available with the new design on the Borrower(s) page.

• Lead Source in Expressions: Lead Source has been added to the set of entities available in expressions on the Pipelines Configuration page.

• Lead Source in Pipelines Options: Lead Source is now available as an option in the Pipelines Configuration options list.

• Visibility for Positive Rental History: The visibility conditions for the “Positive Rental History” field have been updated to require a first-time homebuyer borrower and a minimum credit score of 620.

• Pipelines List Preview: The Pipelines Configuration page now displays a list of Pipelines with associated icons, allowing users to preview Pipeline names in the same format as the menu on the Pipelines page.
