We’re pleased to announce that the following enhancements are now available:

• New Table Design for Users Page: The /users page has been updated with the new table design.

• New Table Design for Channels Page: The /channels page now features the latest table design.

• New Loan and Automated Action – “Submit UCD”: A new Loan Action and Automated Action, “Submit UCD,” is now available. This action generates and submits UCD data to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, depending on the selected “UCD Type” option.

• Editable Assets on Financial Information Page: The newly designed “Financial Information” page now allows users to edit records in the “Assets” table.

• AUS Comparison Popup in Loan Editor Header: The redesigned Loan Editor Header now displays an AUS Comparison popup when hovering over AUS-related header view options.

• Mortgage Call Report (MCR) Generation: The Reports page now includes an option to generate a Mortgage Call Report (MCR). Users can configure basic parameters, including Year and Quarter, directly through the UI.

• Enhanced UX for “Construction/Improvement Costs” Field: The “Construction/Improvement Costs” field now has an improved user experience. It appears under “Loan Editor” > “Loan” > “Loan Info,” below the “Transaction Details” field, when “Renovation” or “Construction-Conversion/Construction-to-Permanent” options are selected. URLA 1003 sections are populated accordingly based on the chosen “Transaction Details” option.
