We’re pleased to announce that the following enhancements are now available:

• Loan User Display: Users assigned to a loan are now visible in the Primary Header on the Loan Editor page.

• Primary Header Redesign: A new design has been applied to the Primary Header of the Loan Editor page.

• Purchase Price for Refinance Loans: The Purchase Price field is now enabled for Refinance loans when Construction-Conversion or Construction-to-Permanent options are selected.

• Deferred Type Dropdown: A new Deferred Type dropdown is available in the Additional Mortgage block under “Loan Editor” -> “Loan” -> “Loan Info.”

• Save Fannie Mae Files as PDF: HTML files from Fannie Mae can now be saved as PDF documents.

• VA Total Entitlement Field: A VA Total Entitlement field has been added under “Loan Editor” -> “Loan” -> “Loan Info.”
