New Enhancements Now Available:

Closing Disclosure Enhancements

  • Amounts entered in the Borrower-Paid, Seller-Paid, and Paid by Others columns on the Fees page are now correctly reflected in the Closing Disclosure document.

Property Expenses Section

  • A new “Property Expenses” section is available in the Edit Property Info modal, showing PITI and LTV/CLTV/HLTV totals with pending change indicators. It includes editable “Proposed” expense tables and an “Existing” section for refinance or additional loans.

Agent and Seller Info Section

  • A new “Agent and Seller” option has been added to the Edit modal for Purchase loans. It features expandable tables for Selling Agent, Listing Agent, and Seller Info with detailed field inputs, context menus, and pending change tracking.

FHA Mortgage Fields in Liabilities

  • FHA-specific fields have been added to the Liabilities section to support loans reported as FHA.

Clear Capital AVM Cascade Enhancements

  • LOS users can now order AVM Reports from alternative Clear Capital-supported providers if the initial report exceeds the configured Forecast Standard Deviation (FSD). New settings include “Maximum FSD Returned” and “Enable Cascade on High FSD,” improving fallback logic and error handling.

AVM Report Configuration for Automated Actions

  • LOS users can now configure Automated Actions for AVM Reports. Selecting “Clear Capital” as the vendor allows configuration of Minimal Confidence Score, Enable Cascade on Low Confidence, and an ordered provider list. Reports are saved as “Appraisal AVM” in the Loan Documents.

Project Info Section

  • A new “Project Info” sub-page has been added to the Edit Property Info modal, further expanding property detail options.
