New Enhancements Now Available:
Contacts Management β Admin Setup and Loan-Level Assignment
A new centralized Contacts Admin section is now available under Operations Configuration. Administrators can manage reusable contact types (e.g., Accountant, Appraiser, Insurance Agent) at both global and local levels. Loan users can quickly assign or create contacts directly within a loan, reducing duplicate data entry and improving consistency across loans. Contact information is also displayed in the Loan Summary view within Pipelines.
Checklist Status Configuration
Checklists now support a configurable Status Set option. Administrators can choose between "Failed/Passed" or "In Progress/Completed" status labels for each checklist. This allows for more accurate representation of checklist states, particularly for processes that should not be marked as failed during initial evaluation.
Checklists Expanded by Default
Checklists now expand automatically at the top level when opening the Alerts page. Users can immediately review the status of categories and nested items without manually expanding each checklist.
Loan Program Type Filtering in Pricing
Administrators can now configure which loan program types are available in pricing searches at the company level. This provides greater control over the programs displayed to users during the loan pricing process.
