New Enhancements Now Available:
Manual Program Search on Programs & Pricing
The Programs and Pricing page no longer loads programs automatically. Users now select search criteria (Loan Type, Fixed/ARM, Loan Term, Lock Term) and click Search to view matching programs, providing more control over pricing results.
ARM Program Options in Borrower Portal
The borrower-facing pricing screen now displays Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) program options alongside fixed-rate programs, allowing borrowers to easily compare all available loan options in one view.
Pricing Markup Levels
Pricing markup levels are now visible in the Lock Info tab under Adjustments. Users can view detailed markup breakdowns including the markup name and final value for each level.
Custom Fields Tab in Loan and Lock Info
A new Custom Fields tab has been added to the Loan and Lock Info section, displaying custom fields received from the pricing engine. Fields are organized by submission type for easy reference.
Copy Pricing Search ID
Users can now quickly copy the pricing Search ID to the clipboard directly from the program name tooltip on the Programs and Pricing page.
Alerts: Pending Changes Status View
A new toggle on the Alerts page allows users to switch between viewing checklist statuses based on the current saved loan data or with pending changes applied. This makes it easy to see how unsaved changes would impact alert statuses before committing them.
Checklist PDF Report Improvements
Checklist PDF reports now display an improved tree structure with organized categories, properly sorted items, and clearer value formatting for better readability.
Worst Case Amortization Schedule
A new Worst Case Amortization Schedule is now available for ARM loans. This generates a detailed month-by-month amortization table showing the maximum possible payment progression under worst-case rate adjustment scenarios, supporting compliance with disclosure requirements.
Credit Report Dynamic Fields
New fields are now available for detailed credit report data, including credit scores, report dates, and key factors from each credit bureau (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) for up to four borrowers. These fields can be used in forms and documents for comprehensive credit reporting.
Outstanding Funding Conditions Field
A new Outstanding Funding Conditions field is now available, listing all funding conditions that have not yet been signed off. This field can be added to closing documents for improved tracking.
Borrower Alternative Names on Documents
A new field is now available for HTML forms that lists all alternative names (AKAs) for a borrower, complete with signature lines for each name variation. This supports compliance requirements for borrower identity verification on closing documents.
State-Level Mortgagee Clause Override
Administrators can now configure a state-specific Mortgagee Clause for each licensed state. When a loan's subject property is in a configured state, the state-level Mortgagee Clause is automatically used on disclosures and documents instead of the company-wide default.
State-Specific Company Name Support
Administrators can now configure different company names for each licensed state. The appropriate state-specific company name will automatically appear on disclosures, forms, and documents when the loan's subject property is in that state.
Loan Officer Reassignment Sync
Loan Officer reassignments made within Optimus are now automatically synchronized with the pricing engine. This ensures that borrower data and originator assignments remain consistent across both platforms.
Omni Reports Integration
A new reporting integration is now available. The Reports section has been updated with enhanced report options, and a new Analytics Admin page allows administrators to build and configure custom reports.
Responsive Design for Tablet and Mobile
The top navigation menu and Loan Editor navigation menu now feature responsive designs optimized for tablet and mobile devices, with a convenient hamburger menu for accessing all navigation options on smaller screens.
Updated Table Design
Several administration pages including Security Groups, Users, Loan Roles, and LLPA Types have been updated with an improved table design for a more consistent and modern interface.
County List and Field Improvements
County dropdown lists are now sorted alphabetically across Subject Property, Current Address, and Real Estate Owned sections. Additionally, the Remaining Months field is no longer required for revolving credit liabilities.
Improved Lock Notification Messaging
The system no longer displays a misleading lock confirmation message when saving loan changes on unlocked loans. Notifications now accurately reflect the current lock status of the loan.
