New Enhancements Now Available:
Assumable Details in Program Settings
A new "Assumable Details" section has been added to the Program Settings, allowing administrators to configure assumability information for each loan program.
New Dynamic Fields
Two new dynamic fields are now available for use in closing documents and forms: "Total Sale Price" for capturing the complete property sale amount, and "First Rate Change Date" for ARM programs to accurately populate rate adjustment dates.
Non-Borrowing Entity Limit
Administrators can now configure a maximum number of Non-Borrowing Entities (NBEs) allowed on a loan, preventing data entry errors and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Agency Case Number and Property Rights Fields
The Agency Case Number field has been transferred to the Additional Loan Info section for easier access, and the Property Rights field has been added to the Property Edit modal in the redesigned Loan Editor.
Lodestar Fee Customization
The fee request sent to Lodestar can now be customized per client, allowing tailored title fee calculations based on specific company requirements.
Hidden Closed Liabilities
Closed liabilities are now hidden from the Financial Information display, keeping the view focused on active obligations only.
Programs and Pricing Simplification
The Programs and Pricing page now shows only the "Save" button, streamlining the interface and reducing confusion around program selection workflows.
