New Enhancements Now Available:

ARM Loan Support

  • All Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) disclosure fields are now automatically mapped from OptimalBlue program selection, including loan terms, projected payments, and the Adjustable Interest Rate (AIR) table on the Loan Estimate.

  • Internal APR calculation now supports ARM loans, ensuring compliance with Regulation Z tolerance requirements independently of OptimalBlue APR values.

  • The Amortization Schedule on the Closing tab now supports ARM loans, showing fixed-period and post-adjustment payment projections with a Rate column.

  • ARM Closing Disclosures can now be generated using ARM tables from the Loan Estimate, including the AIR table on page 4.

Pricing & Lock Management

  • Pricing now uses price-specific (quote-level) adjustments instead of product-level adjustments for more accurate results.

  • Users can now select any price across all lock terms on unlocked loans, rather than being restricted to a single lock term column.

  • A new Reprice modal window is available for loans with pricing integration, supporting lock sync workflows.

  • Lock extension adjustment labels now display corrected formatting (e.g., "Price 7 Day Lock Extension").

  • Program search for LOS-locked loans now uses the historical ratesheet from the lock date, preventing false program change prompts when editing non-pricing fields.

  • Dollar amounts in Markups now display with comma-separated thousands and proper spacing.

  • Detailed LLPA adjustment breakdowns are now visible via hover on Net Buy Price, SRP Paid Out, Net Sell Price, and SRP From Investor fields on the Profit and Loss page.

  • Net Sell Price on the Profit and Loss page now reflects the actual investor price.

Product Search

  • Product search now uses a single "Conventional" search that returns both Conforming and Non-Conforming results, reducing redundant searches.

  • HELOC program search now correctly filters by the current lien type for consistent results.

Fees & Liabilities

  • Fees from LodeStar are now automatically mapped and synchronized into fee types with proper LE sections, MISMO types, tolerance settings, and provider categories.

  • Fees are now displayed in alphabetical order in the Fees section.

  • Lien position is now a required field for Mortgage and Line of Credit liabilities on the subject property. The Subordinate checkbox is automatically disabled for First lien positions.

Point of Sale (POS) Improvements

  • The "Cash Out Amount" field has been renamed to "Requested Cash Out Amount" in Loan Info and New Lead screens for clarity.

  • Users can now indicate whether a borrower is exempt from the VA Funding Fee in Declarations β€” Military Service.

  • When the property type is set to Condo, the HOA field now defaults to "Yes" and is locked, with HOA dues becoming a required field.

  • Home Equity Loan options on Rate Comparison now display "Access to Funds" and "Best For" descriptions.

  • Co-borrower validation error messages now auto-scroll into view so users can see them without manual scrolling.

Admin & Configuration

  • A new LodeStar Agent ID field is available in Company Settings for LodeStar API requests.

  • The Expression Editor now validates unknown fields with red underlines and hover tooltips, preserves arithmetic expressions correctly, and offers enum value autocomplete.

  • Configuration pages have been updated to use the new Core Design System table components for improved visual consistency.

  • The Analytics page now renders as a full-screen layout.

Pipelines & Alerts

  • A new pipeline type supporting embedded iframe views is now available.

  • Pending changes are now highlighted on the Alerts page.

  • The Pipelines page now features a responsive layout for mobile devices.
