Rate Lock Tooltip in Borrower Portal
A new information tooltip has been added to the loan lock status display in the borrower portal, explaining that rate lock terms are contingent upon the accuracy of loan information and may change if loan details are modified.
Lock Request Submission Badge Update
The lock request submission status badge now displays in green to clearly indicate a successful submission, replacing the previous red color that could be mistaken for an error.
Borrower Portal Scrollbar Improvements
Scrollbars have been added to borrower portal application pages that extend beyond the visible screen area, including Personal Information, Property Information, Title Holder, Residence Info, Real Estate Owned, Income, Assets, Declarations, and Review pages.
Form 1008 Housing Expense Corrections
The Form 1008 housing expense calculations have been corrected. The First Mortgage P&I field now accurately sources from existing property expenses for refinance loans, and the Subordinate Lien P&I field properly reflects the second mortgage payment amount from the application.
Updated Table Design — Operations Configuration Pages
Multiple operations configuration pages including CIC Fee Reasons, Denial Reasons, Impound Types, Seller Adjustment Types, Appraisal Products, and Fee Types have been updated with an improved table design for a more consistent and modern interface.
